Nuova Psicopatologia della Vita Quotidiana

More and more people ask for psychologist and psychiatrist aids, often without any real typical mental disease, but suffering sometimes from contingent life events, sometimes from frustrations inflicted by the contemporary social organization. They are victims of a debilitating cultural reflex which leads them to believe to be carriers of psychological disorders of any type and they try to force themselves to get used to worlds of any kind; in this way they neglect to make changes in disorders they are afflicted by and so they cannot succeed in relieving their own pains.
Which is the origin of such a masochistic behavior and where does it bring?
This book suggests some answers to this question and makes an attempt to mark a definite boundary between mental disease and the pain created by social life unable to protect persons.
